Prices will be published as soon as the students database is at least 1,000 strong and the the job seekers one at least 100 strong when you will be in due course advised. Any Profile published or Banner space rented before the 1st July 2006 will be valid until the 31 June 2007, regardless of any subsequent price modification. 2 Job advertisers must email, fax or send their text by AR registered post for their advertisement to be published on www.educnetwork.com.

3 Publication of job offer is valid for I week only and can be either extended at no extra cost for a maximum of three more 1 week periods or removed at any time during the publication upon request only.

4 For a profile to be published on educnetwork.com, a certified true copy of the certificate of incorporation of the company must be emailed to admin@educnetwork.com before the profile is published. The website owner reserves the right to turn down a request for the publication of a profile without justification.

5 Any logo or photo must sent by email to www.admin@educnetwork.com

6 The job seekers and students databases are confidential. See rules and Condtions.

7 The students and job seekers database is confidential. Under NO circumstances shall any information obtained be disclosed to third party nor used for any purpose other than to promote the company and the related products offered, failing which the company may be liable to legal action being taken against it under the protection of data act of the the constition of Mauritius and/or of the country in which the company is based. Also the website owner reserves the right to refuse access to its database to any company without any justification.

8 Banners can be clickable if website address and link purchased.

9 Banners are non animated

10 Rotating banners will be exclusively on Home Pages.

IMPORTANT: An invoice will be sent after confirmation of an order. It is only after receipt of payment that the profile is activated.
